Retenua NextGen is a selective talent program for ambitious engineering students who want to gain hands-on experience in perception and robotics before graduating.

The program starts with paid part-time technical work during Autumn 2026 and continues with a full-time Master's thesis at Retenua in Spring 2027. You'll work alongside our engineers and researchers on real technical challenges involving technologies such as LiDAR, computer vision, machine learning, sensor fusion, SLAM and mobile robotics.
